FedEx GCC in India

About FedEx's India GCC

FedEx has established what can be considered a Global Capability Center in India called an Advanced Capability Community (ACC). This center is located in Hyderabad: In March 2023, FedEx announced plans to open its first ACC in Hyderabad, aimed at supporting global digital innovation, technological services, and shared services for the entire enterprise FedEx Newsroom +1 Transport Intelligence . While this ACC parallels the structure and function of a Global Capability Center (GCC)—focusing on technology, shared services, and innovation—it is branded by FedEx as an Advanced Capability Community.
